our own container liner service that is connecting between Japan to
Korea, China and South Asia ports and the favourable tie-up with global
carriers also leads you to deep sea ports everywhere in the world.

To Mongolia via the port XINGANG and to CIS countries via the
port of LIAYUNGANG, through the Trans-China Railway service, we
provides good reliable service in cooperation with our CHINA partner
Trans-Bridge, using B/L OF San Ei Shipping.
BB: RUSSIA SERVICE
Service for VLADVOSTOK and VOSTOCHNY, our partner Woojin
Global Logistics has a long term leading experience, using Woojin B/L.
CC: SASCO SERVICE
For the service to KORSAKOV and VANINO, we have joint venture
service of Heung-A Shipping and Sasco using Heung-A Shipping B/L.

all the above services we provide HEUNG-A's containers, and thus we

| 3.Chemical
Tanker Service
Heung-A
Shipping started chemical tanker in 1980 with chemical tanker vessels
to transport liquefied petrochemical.
With over the past 30 years of experience in this transportation,
Heung-A shipping has enlarged its capacity by introducing 3 vessels and
a type of 20,000 (3 vessels) will be launched as "Chemical Tanker"
around 2010-2011 and expects to expand market destined for Middle east
& Far east areas from based on Singapore.

| 4. Pusan/Moji Hot
Delivery System
Our
combination of Busan/Moji ocean liner and domestic railways/trucks
service is providing reliable distribution service from Moji to the
spots everywhere in Japan.
We can assure you that its service is cheaper and faster than the
current air-freight service system and timely cargo tracking is also
available.
Busan departure at 19:00
(Sunday/Thursday) makes Moji arrival in early next morning
(Monday/Friday). Container moves out to CFS to finish devanning in all
morning and as soon as customs cleared, the cargoes will be distributed
by either railways or trucks to the final spots in Japan.
The next day distribution service to Kansai and in the day after next
to Kanto area are available.

Aiming all marketing and sales promotion all over the Asia
and Japan selling the equipments, shipping containers and vast
know-how for the premiere ultra low temperature service that can hold
the products' temperature at -60C or more, developed by Coldwave
Systems LLC (Head Office: Glouceser, Massachusetts in USA), CW
Logistics Compnay has been
established in 2004.
The
method to freeze developed and patented by Coldwave Systems newly is
created unique system that is working within motors or electricity.
Their properly designed insulated (ultra insulated) ISO standard
container can hold ultra low temperature of
-60C or lower just with liquified carbon dioxide (liquified carbonic
acid gas) and keep the products temperature of -60C or lower through
the ocean transportation and storing at the final destination to
maintain its natural quality.
Especially
this euipments and systems produced by both Thermo-King in USA and Ace
Engineering in Korea are the perfect way for superfrozen tune to
preserve its higherest quality and also helping its transportation for
processed tune and other products, too, being kept a temperature
setting from -10C to -60C essentially.
The
initial performance was successfully made import cargoes destined for
Yokohama port, Japan from Pusan port, Korea being discharged from a
mother vessel of HEUNG-A TOKYO owned by Heung-A Shipping in June, 2009.

Logistics is directly managing the marketing in Asia and also providing
the service to take care of the distribution for
Australian firmed tuna to Asian countries and imports of wild tune from
Europe.
